Mobile puzzle game with 5+ million downloads now available for iPhone/iPod Touch

OTTAWA, July 13, 2009 -- Magmic Games, Inc., today announced the release of its acclaimed flagship puzzle game Ka-Glom!, one of the most downloaded mobile game applications of all-time, for Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch devices. The game is now available for sale at iTunes/The App Store and retails for $2.99.

Ka-Glom is believed to be the most downloaded mobile game of all-time on Research In Motion’s (RIM) BlackBerry platform, with an estimated five million downloads of the game across BlackBerry devices since the game’s debut in 2006. The game has also been a popular download for feature phone devices across many U.S., Canadian and international carriers.

Ka-Glom is a high-pressure game of falling blocks. Of the two block types, only the Ka-Glom jelly is explosive. Players attempt connect four Ka-Gloms of the same color to start an explosive reaction that eliminates all connecting blocks of that color.

The release of Ka-Glom! by Magmic is the latest in what the company plans will be an aggressive publishing schedule on the Apple platform through the rest of 2009.
